This is a film introducing two characters that will show up frequently in upcoming films. One is Ralph, the 22-year-old with the brain of a sack of rocks. The other is Rupert, the conservative, not very enthusiastic british man with a passion for soccer.
This film shows their adventure when Ralph makes a cloning machine while tampering with items in Rupert's bedroom.

This is quite a decent film. The plot develops with leaps and jumps, and nothing is left uncertain, but you'll sure get a few smiles on your face while watching this film. The acting is done quite well, which adds some profile to the characters (depth is not the right word here, though).
