Wow, the attention to detail is astounding in "The Citizen of the Year"; the facial emotions and the creative camera angles, to the excellent voice work and the great script.
One of the most striking features about this one is the characters. Each character really has his own personality, so that they become almost predictable (such as say, Bluntman's Steve and Dave). A great result of this is that the viewer really begins to feel sympathy for the main character, especially early in the film. This is supported by the plot, which tells a fairly simple story (though certainly not exceedingly so), and does so very well.
Although not without its flaws (such as lack of sound at times), "The Citizen of the Year" is a top notch film, and I highly recommend it.
