This film is absolutely amazing. There's so much to like: excellent animation, top-notch cinematography, great sound, the list goes on. The premise behind it is very interesting, but its telling is really the only large flaw here. There could certainly be more information, but careful lateral thinking will take you at the proper conclusion.
James has crafted a work here that is so engrossing and unique that I've watched this film many times; still wishing I could have come up with the idea. The choice of music is perfect, and paired with the cinematography, "Prey" is an extremely theatrical film that keeps you guessing for a long time after the credits have rolled.
