Daedalus and Icarus was our entry for the Brickfilms/Brickfest High Adventure Theatre (HAT) contest. It relates the popular myth of Daedalus and his son, who found themselves in a difficult position on the Crete of King Minos.

This is one of the best films to have come out of Yellowhead studios. Great animation, awesome sets, a great title sequence all contribute to an excellent retelling of a classic piece of mythology. It is hard to do this one justice in a review. One for the collection.

Delivering film via the internet is still trying to find its place right now, so please be patient when downloading a movie. Also, since many of these films are hosted on free sites (most of us are not paid to do this, after all), sometimes waiting a few minutes and coming back will resolve a downloading error. If you get a persistent error, pop into the Forum and ask away.

Keep in mind that different formats require different movie players and sometimes even encoding formats, called "codecs", to be installed on your system.

We've got a list of common codecs here on the Resources page, and links to where you can download them.
