The sequal to Mellow's "The Secret of Monkey Island 1 1/2"
This movie is over seven minutes longer and has enough pirates, monkeys, vegetarian cannibals and vauge inside-jokes to satisfy anyone.
As with part one, this takes place between LucasArt's The Secret of Monkey Island 1 and The Secret of Monkey Island 2: Lechuck's Revenge. This movie hopes to explaine a few mysteries from MI2. |

I've played some Monkey Island games and probably didn't even get half of the references but if you are a Monkey Island fan or have at least played 2-3 of the games you are going to love it.
On the other hand, if you don't know what Monkey Island is or never liked it you will probably still enjoy it since there are some pretty funny non-insider jokes.
Technically there's some room for improvement but the director obviously put a lot of effort into the film and there are lots of lovely details to spot.
