Well, to start off with, this film is extremely tedious. It also features a massive amount of repeated footage that may leave you rocking back and forth in time to the quickly repeated movements. But if you put that aside, there are some fairly well designed models and constructions used throughout the film. A lot of research was apparently put into explaining the subject matter, which would lead one to believe that it was made for a school assignment or something similar.
Basically, the animation isn't too great in some spots, but in other it shines. If you don't want to sit and watch a 15 minute history lesson, then don't. Because that is all this is.
