The sequel to War Dawgz, Wormhole Gambit. A large improvement in mouth sync, facial expressions, green screening and stop motion effects (mostly with the bunny)

This review is going to be identical to my review of episode one, as this is more of the same thing. As expected, the story is developed from the first episode. Warning, there is some strong language in this episode.

These films have some great production values. The strong story is well developed over the three episodes. The dialogue is excellent, backed up by some first class voice acting. The picture quality is superb, although a little small in size.

My problem lies with the animation style and cinematography. Basically, there is no animation of the models and minifigs themselves. What happens all takes place in post production, where still shots of the actors and models are moved around against backdrops, and effects such as facial animations, exhaust plumes and explosions are added.

This style is quite effective, but after a while, the lack of character movement starts to get really frustrating. With this being a long film, 15 minutes, it starts to become a little tedious. Also, there is not enough variety in the still shots used, leading to a dull feel ti the cinematography.

Now don't get me wrong, this is a landmark film and well worth watching. But this reviewer does not appreciate this particular style. Have a look yourself though, and see what you think

Delivering film via the internet is still trying to find its place right now, so please be patient when downloading a movie. Also, since many of these films are hosted on free sites (most of us are not paid to do this, after all), sometimes waiting a few minutes and coming back will resolve a downloading error. If you get a persistent error, pop into the Forum and ask away.

Keep in mind that different formats require different movie players and sometimes even encoding formats, called "codecs", to be installed on your system.

We've got a list of common codecs here on the Resources page, and links to where you can download them.
