The Director admits in the comments that this film is quite below the standard of what would now be considered a decent film. And that was in 2003. This review is being written in 2006, so as you can see, it's been five years since this film was made.
The film itself is quite terrible, though I mean that in the nicest possible way. There is repeated animation, very low frame rates and several still images in lieu of actual animation. But this film may be of interest to Directors wishing to see what the standards used to be and to see just how far we've come in a few short years.
