Well, like the director said, Mr. Chang (張國痣) is a traffic safety video. While this film does provides with you some basic informative driving tips, the animation suffers from a low frame rate and a few visual nuissances (minor light flicker).. However, I must say that I liked how this film was presented, in a very stereotypical asian-show style (I.E. constantly repeated phrases, lame jokes, random sound effects).
I also must congratulate the director for creating the first film wholly in an asian language.
