My entry to the 2006 Brickfilms/Brickfest "Fame, Infamy, Glory Contest" (FIG), and it placed 3rd overall.
This was my third attempt at a film for the contest, made in just about under a month. |

Though the story is simple, this film is told very well and will hold your interest throughout. The animation is done very well, and the rest of the technical aspects were done just as nicely. There are few light flickers, but these did not detract too much. The Original score fits extremely well and sets the mood from the first shot. To Strive for Fame is a very amusing film, and will definately make you smile.
To Strive for Fame is another very enjoyable film from Zach Macias of MindGame Studios. The tale of a young boy striving for fame is told through rhyming narration and beautiful imagery. I was honored when Zach asked me personally to narrate this film, and ironically I find this part the weakest part of the film, a fault that is completely my own. The animation, camera quality and sets range from the good to the impressive. Sandwiched between the calming music of Joseph "The Duke" Frank, To Strive for Fame is a must-see and fully deserving of the fame and glory of placing in the top three of the Fame, Infamy and Glory contest.
