This film went through several re-writes before becoming final version it is today. By the time I finally settled upon a script I liked, I had only a few days left until Christmas, and so I had to rush to finish animating. It turned out I had to do the actual editing of the film on Christmas day, and was finally able to upload it in the afternoon. Not my favorite film by far, but still fun to make. Enjoy! |

Though the story is a bit lacking, this is a fun film that will get you in the holiday spirit. The technical aspects are pretty good. The animation is smooth and the lighting is perfect to suggest a cozy Christmas atmosphere. I also really liked the sound design of this film. All the sounds were interesting and fit well. Overall, I definitely recommend it.
This film has some really solid animation and cinematography, but unless you have some kind of investment in these characters and just must see everything with them, there is no reason to watch this brickfilm. It's not that there isn't a story, it's that nothing interesting happens in the story. Nothing at all. This is the antithesis of the reason we all go to the movies.
