Star Wars: An Ill-Made Weapon is the third installment in the Death Star Trilogy, which began with Station Tribulations and continued with A New Deficit. I advise watching the first two parts before watching this one. Once again, Darth Vader struggles with the monumental task of overseeing the construction of the first Death Star. This time Governor Tarkin comes to visit, and brings with him a number of engineering concerns. |

The best trilogies come in threes.
If you liked the first two films, An Ill-Made Weapon does not dissapoint. It's filled with the same dry humor that skewers all that is quirky about Star Wars, especially Darth Vader and the Death Star. This definitely is a dialogue film; no lightsaber duels here. Heck, there's not even that much animation. The constant digial camera movement may be off-putting to some, but the clever dialogue should keep the view engaged. All in all, An Ill-Made Weapon is a fitting conclusion to an amusing trilogy.
Now...if only Smeagol would make a comedy trilogy about Star Trek...
