This is an excellent post-apocalyptic tale of a group of men and how they cope with hopeless situations and personal loss. The pacing is a tad slow, owing to long scenes that develop the characters, but one gets the sense there will be a more action-packed third part on the way. The overall mood of the film is ominous and dark.
Technically, the picture quality is very grainy. Since most of the film is given over to a darkened, dank look anyway, it doesn't detract as much as it would many other films. The animation is average but suffices. The music and sound is fitting, although the music occasionally overpowers the dialogue.
There's no reason to refrain from seeing this film, unless you're scared away by the run time of over sixteen minutes. If such is the case, you need to be given a good slap 'round the earhole. Now give it a chance!
